How We Started
The key to a successful SSARS financial statement review is preparation. That’s why I spend more time during the initial consultation and client acceptance phase. The battle is won before it’s ever fought.
Most private companies need some coaching before they’re ready for a review. Revenue recognition alone trips up most small business owners. That’s why I created Streamlined Reviews™, a boutique CPA practice designed for S Corps, LLCs, and C Corps with under $10 million in revenue and $5 million in assets. My mission is to help these businesses get their books GAAP-ready and deliver fast, affordable, peer-review-quality SSARS financial statement reviews. We only provide SSARS reviews, and audit preparation work. Nothing else.
Clients go through three stages with me:
1. Coaching
We'll inspect your accounting records to see if their review ready. If your accounting records need work to prepare them for a SSARS Review, we we'll advise you how to get prepared.
2. Review Execution
When your accounting records are review ready, we'll complete your SSARS review with full GAAP Financial Statements.
3. Audit Prep
When the time comes where your Company needs and audit, we will help you prepare the necessary schedules, financial statements, GAAP research, and audit documentation.
